Personal Data collected when you register with us:
When you register to use Remember Pious A2 Milk, we’ll ask you for your first and last name, email address, and a username and password of your choosing. Your password will be maintained on our system in an encrypted form. If you choose this method, we receive your first and last name and email address. We use the collected Personal Data that we obtain at registration, for the sale and exclusive purpose of providing our services to you and allowing you. By registering with us, we’ll be able to better serve you, and provide a more personalized user experience for you each time that you visit us.
Personal Data collected through your use of Remember Pious A2 Milk:
Remember Pious A2 Milk is a task management service. Therefore, when you use our services, we collect a few different types of Personal Data from you:
Profile Information: After you register, if you’d like, you’ll be able to upload a photo, choose your language and time zone, and tell us what country you’re located in. We only ask for this information to be able to provide the best user experience possible.
Personal Data collected when we’re communicating:
As a user of Remember Pious A2 Milk, we may communicate with you about your account with us. These communications specifically won’t be marketing communications, but will rather be informational items, such as updates to our policies or other privacy-related matters (in other words, you won’t be able to opt-out of these really important messages). You may also be asked questions about how to improve Remember Pious A2 Milk, or you may, at some point, communicate with our representatives because of questions that you have. We consider this information Personal Data. We collect this information so that we can help with anything you need and continue improving our service through firebase notification and through email.
Geo-location data: We may collect information about your location depending on the permissions you have set on your device. We solely and exclusively use this information to provide you with our services, including to update your time zone for accuracy. You can enable or disable location services when you use our services at any time, through your device settings.

Our Services are designed and intended for adults 18 years of age or older. Our Services are not designed or intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not access or use the Services, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. We use Your Information for the following purposes: To operate and improve the Platform in order to foster a positive User experience and to improve our services as a whole; Generate reports and processed data for Your analysis of your dairy working; To provide you with suggestions/feedback for your dairy to improve it; To connect You and others with mutual benefits; ; and To analyse the use of Our resources, troubleshooting problems and improving Our Services, by using the information regarding Your mobile device and software.

By using the Platform, You accept the terms hereof and You hereby consent to the storage and processing of Personal Information in any of the above locations.
CHANGES TO YOUR INFORMATION
You may review, correct, update, change or delete Your Account Information and Personal Information on the Platform. Log into Your Account and You will be able to access and update Your Account Information and Personal Information. You can delete any part of the Account Information and Personal Information or request Us to delete your Account Information and Personal Information, and We will comply with such requests within a reasonable time, unless We are required to keep certain information for legal purposes.
We reserve the right to verify and authenticate Your identity and Your Account Information and/or Your Personal Information in order to ensure accurate delivery of Services. Access to or correction, updating or deletion of Your Account Information or Personal Information may be denied or limited by Us if it would violate another person's rights and/or is not otherwise permitted by applicable law.

No employee or administrator of the Company will have knowledge of Your Password. It is important for You to protect against unauthorized access to Your Password and Your mobile phone. Be sure to log off from the Platform when finished.
We do not undertake any liability for any unauthorised use of Your Account and password. If You suspect any unauthorized use of Your Account, you must immediately notify Us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You shall be liable to indemnify Us due to any loss suffered by Us due to such unauthorized use of Your Account or Password. Further, we shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond Our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the User, etc.
Retention of Information We will also put in place measures such that Your Account Information and Personal Information, which is in Our possession or under Our control, is destroyed and/or anonymized as soon as it is reasonable to assume that

You agree and undertake to indemnify Us in any suit or dispute by any third party arising out of disclosure of information by You to third parties either through Our Platform or otherwise and Your use and access of websites, applications and resources of third parties. We assume no liability for any actions of third parties with regard to Your Information, Account Information or Personal Information which You may have disclosed to such third parties.
